Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott head to the doctor's office

Actress Tori Spelling, 34, and her husband Dean McDermott, 41, were spotted entering a doctor’s office in Los Angeles, California today.  They are currently expecting their second child together — a daughter — in early June.

I love Tori and Dean they are such an adorable couple. If I could spend the day or even a few hours with any star in Hollywood I would totally choose Tori I love her. She has the best style pre and during pregnancy. I loved them on Tori and Dean Inn Love. She just doesn’t seem to be snotty or anything, but you never know in front of the camera. I can’t wait for lil Miss. McDermott to arrive she is going have such a cute name and for some reason I am thinking her name will have springy fling to it. If you know what I mean?!?!

Does anyone have an idea how Tori is staying so beautifully tan during her pregnancy? I thought tanning beds as well as spray on tans were a big no-no at this time?!?

I don’t think there is anything wronng with spray tans during pregnancy. Correct me if I’m wrong. There are also lotions that give you tans. I wouldn’t use a tanning bed in general, especially during pregnancy. It ages people’s skin but that’s just my personal opinion.
