Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have a lunch date

Singers Gavin Rossdale, 42, and Gwen Stefani, 38, headed out to lunch recently at Madeo Restaurant in Beverly Hills, CA.  The couple expect their second child this summer; they want another delivery surprise.  Son Kingston James McGregor is 22 months old.
