Johnathon Schaech wants to be a dad

Prom Night‘s Johnathon Schaech revealed to People in its latest issue that he looks forward to finding love again, and hopes to eventually become a father.

I hope I can find the openness to allow love in my life again … I’m more cynical and more wary.

I want to have a kid. I should have a baby by now. We look for meaning and purpose; children bring that.

However, the 38-year-old actor joked that if he was lucky enough to have children, he’d have specific preferences.

Nine males so I can make a team and fill the Baltimore Orioles in 18 years when I buy them! [laughs]

Johnathon was previously married to Christina Applegate; their divorce was finalized in August 2007.
