I don’t know if Harrison adopted him or not, but I know he is the only Daddy Liam has known. I remember Harrison Ford on a talk show talking about buying Liam diapers back when he was a baby. I think Liam looks like the youngest son (Jacob) on “Little People, Big World” … just a younger version. Anyway, he sure is a cute little boy.
