Tea Collection Bold Batiks: A dose of color and inspiration
The Tea Collection Bold Batiks summer collection is absolutely inspiring. The colors are pretty and bright and they draw their inspiration from Ghana, a coastal country in West Africa. For girls, the line includes three dresses and several tops and bottoms. My favorite dress is the Ghana Batik Dress ($69), a 55% linen, 45% cotton dress with a print inspired by an artisinal batik found in Accra, Ghana.
For boys the line offers adorable shirt and short combos that any little boy will love. The Kumasi Check Shorts ($39) are probably my favorite item for boys. They were inspired by the batik fabric dying technique and feature an elastic waistband and side pockets.
