Introducing Avis Ann Baldwin

Actor Daniel Baldwin, 47, introduced daughter Avis Ann, 3 months, at the 4th Annual K-Swiss Desert Smash Charity Celebrity Tennis Event at the La Quinta Resort and Club on March 11th in La Quinta, CA. Mom is Joanne Smith-Baldwin.

My Gram’s name was Avis (very recently passed away) She HATED her name and forbid me,during the naming process, to give it to my daughter!! I like it and I love “Avis Ann” that is so cute! I like Avi for a nickname…Gram’s was “Avis Isabel” My other Gram was Mabel, so I didn’t have much to work with in the naming department! I like Mabel though too it just reminds me of Mad About You. They named their baby Mabel on the show…
