Soleil Moon Frye and Poet out over the weekend

Actress Soleil Moon Frye, 31, and daughter Poet Sienna Rose, 2 ½, were spotted out over this weekend. Soleil and her husband, producer Jason Goldberg, welcomed their second daughter, Jagger Joseph Blue, 1 week ago.

I’m glad to see her up and about. She looks great. I hope she doesn’t overdo it by carrying around a 2 year old.

When I had my 2nd baby, my doctor told me to avoid lifting my older child for a couple of weeks, until my stitches healed. Maybe Soleil was lucky and didn’t need stitches.

She looks beautiful…as always! But the poor thing! Her boobs are ginormous! I think that was the worst part for me after the baby, I always felt so unbalanced! lol Again she looks beautiful and I can’t wait to see pics of the new little princess!

TMZ has learned paramedics from the L.A. Fire Department responded to the home of “Punky Brewster” star Soleil Moon Frye Sunday, to treat someone at the home for a possible allergic reaction.
