It's a boy for Detroit Pistons player Juan Dixon

Detroit Pistons shooting guard Juan Dixon, 29, and his wife Robyn welcomed their first child, son Corey Wade Dixon, on Friday, March 21st at 2:36 am.  He weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces.
