Nicole Richie shops for Joel's birthday, buys card for 'the best dad ever'

Reality star Nicole Richie, 26, picks up gifts for boyfriend, Joel Madden, who turns 29 today, on Monday in Los Angeles, CA. The new mom picked up a card from herself that read "Pushing 30" and one with symbolic reference to their daughter, Harlow Winter Kate, 8 weeks, that read “You’re the best dad ever and I’m not pulling your leg.”
