Beckhams celebrate Brooklyn's 9th birthday

Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, 33, takes sons Brooklyn Joseph, Romeo James, 5 ½, and Cruz ‘Batman’ David, 3, to the movies in Century City, CA to celebrate Brooklyn’s 9th birthday on Tuesday. Unfortunately dad David was unable to attend, as the Los Angeles Galaxy is currently touring Asia.

Is it just me or is Victoria looking a little sturdier (by sturdy I mean she won’t be toppled over by a wind) these days? She looks like she’s put on a few needed pounds. Or maybe I’m just daydreaming. I know they mentioned recently wanting a fourth child. Maybe she could be getting ready for that?

I think she is looking healthier but also she is looking quite old now, just my opinion I think when she has a little more weight on her she does not look as old when she was pregnant with all 3 boys I thought she looked amazing!

Cruz looks adorable!!

David must have been gutted to miss Brooklyn’s birthday, but it couldn’t be helped.

I remember how gutted I was to be missing my eldest daughter’s first birthday, mixed with happiness because I was giving birth to my second daughter at the time.

Sorry, but can she ever “dress down”? for goodness sake- she is throwing a b-day party for her 9-yr. old son, not going out on a date! T’shirt/jeans would seem more appropriate for a child’s b-day party- did she even engage with the kids at all? How could she dressed to the nines as she is? Sorry, she totally rubs me the wrong way- I’m all for looking groomed and nice and all, and not looking like a frumpy-mum, but at the expense of interacting with your kids? Come on now…

And awww Happy Birthday Little Man! Can’t believe he’s NINE already…..seems like yesterday when David was announcing his birth!
