They are all so cute. Thanks!

She has the cutest kids…and all 3 look just like Mark. I have to say, that there is no way I would be carrying around a 5 year old. He is almost as big as she is and probably weighs as much as she does :)

They look all bundled up and warm! I can’t wait for spring.

I love Joaquins hat, any chance you guys know where it is from

I didn’t know Joaquin was 5. When did he have his birthday?

Sarah’s note: Feb 24th.

Ella I agree, it almost looks like she can barely walk while carrying him. His legs look as long as her’s, and that must weigh carrying a 5yr old. Lola is tall for 6, she doesn’t look much shorter than michael who is 4yr older. Lola and joaquin are all kelly, and michael looks just like mark.

How do we know that Kelly did not pick Joaquin up for a few seconds and put him back down. Maybe he was tired or maybe he just wanted picked up as a means of close affectionate contact. Haven’t you had your kids hang on you so you pick them up for a few seconds and put them back down. She has been picking her son up since he was born. If he were too big to be carried she probably would not be carrying him.

Such cute children. It appears they are crossing the street and it can be scary w/ small children because they are not so easily seen. I’d pick mine up too.

She’s crossing the street in NYC – I’d be carrying my kid too!

And I love that the whole group of them just look like a normal mom and kids out for the day. She’s so down to earth and funny!

I don’t think that she just picked him up for a minute…and if she doesn’t have a problem carrying him, then I don’t either!

My son is 4 and I have the same body shape and size as Kelly and still carry my son at times…he just likes it and I like it too…really, how much longer will he want to be so close to mommy…I’m basking in mommyhood with a little boy as long as I can!

Kelly has said on the show that Joaquin just loves to be carried…she said she’ll be carrying him when he’s a grown man! And if it’s okay with her, it’s okay with me!

I must say, that’s the first thing I noticed too, “My god, why is she carrying that huge child?” My son is 2 1/2 and weighs 35 lbs., and MY arms get tired carrying him, and I am a lot bigger than Kelly Ripa! But then again, we may notice in these larger cities there are a LOT more famous people carrying their older kids around and toting them in strollers, for fear of traffic, paparazzi, etc.

Oh, I love this family. My absolute favorite. Kelly Ripa is so down-to-earth and real. I just love her. All of her kids are so darn adorable! Lola looks really tall for six!
