Tori Spelling arrives at doctor's office

Actress Tori Spelling, 34, arrives to a routine prenatal visit in Century City, CA on Thursday, February 28th.  She and husband Dean McDermott expect their second child together in July, they have not found out the sex yet, but do plan to.  Son Liam Aaron is 11 months.

She looks awfully thin here…didn’t remember her being this tiny when she was pregnant with Liam (or before that, for that matter).

Sarah’s note: I agree she looks very different this pregnancy! She has a lot more muscle tone and is noticeably smaller than she was with Liam. Her fitness routine really worked for her.

It is definitely all about the clothes and the camera angles. In the first picture of her and Dean out for a walk when the pregnancy was confirmed, she looked so far along. Yet in the subsequent pictures, she only looks about 4 months.

I personally know how different a body can be based on your fitness routine before and during pregnancies. With my first, I only gained 26 pounds, but I never really looked pregnant until the end. My sister said I looked “fat.” Then, with my second, I had been working out and eating healthy before I got pregnant. I gained 23 pounds with her, but definitely looked pregnant the whole time because of how my body was at the time. I only gained in the belly.

pregnancy spanx?i know she wore spanx after having liam-she talked bout it on inn love.it’s gonna be weird seeing her with dark hair again but i like it dark too so it’s all good.lousy angle tho,damn paps. u can tell THAT wasn’t staged.she shoulda whacked him with the bag.
