BabyBjorn Potty Chair: That's One Pretty Pink Potty
My little girl just turned two years old, and while some of her friends are already learning to use the potty, she’s not quite as interested. Her teachers have informed that she’s actually gone potty four times for them in their seat, she has yet to do that for me. But she shows a definite interest in the potty and I think a large part of this has to do with our BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair.
We have the pretty pink version of this chair and I tell you, I would use the thing if I could. I didn’t think I would ever describe a potty chair as pretty or even cute, but this one is! But the benefits of this seat don’t stop with the cute color, it’s actually brilliantly designed. It features a very high back, which makes sure a child can sit comfortably on the seat, and I assume helps little boys’ keep their "mess" contained. Located on the bottom of the chair are rubber strips that ensure that it stays in place even on your slippery bathroom floor.
My daughter is 34" tall and climbing off and on a regular toilet would be very hard for her to do. The BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair chair sits right on the floor and weighs practically nothing so I can store it when it’s not in use and put it out quickly when she needs it. I really think the best feature is the white basin, inner potty, that lifts out, empties and cleans very easily.
Wish us luck on this potty training (or potty learning if you prefer) adventure. I know it’s probably going to be a bumpy road but I take solace in the fact that our potty is functional AND stylish! You can find a good deal on a BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair here.
