Brooke Burke and David Charvet out with kids

Television personality Brooke Burke, 36, and her fiancé, actor David Charvet, 35, take a walk with daughters Neriah, 7 ½, Sierra Sky, 5 ½, and Heaven Rain, 13 months, yesterday in Malibu, CA.  The couple have just announced that the baby they expect on March 15th is a little boy.  Neriah and Sierra’s father is Dr. Garth Fisher.

I thought she was supposed to be on bedrest?

Sarah’s note: She is, but it’s a lighter bedrest from what we were told. She’s still allowed to go out and do things, she just is supposed to take it easier — no big workouts like she usually does, when she’s home, she should be sitting or lying down etc. I’m not sure of exact specifics. The baby is expected in about 5 weeks anyhow, so it would be safe, just not ideal, if he came sometime soon.

Brooke is so pretty! I would never even guess that she was going to have a baby next month. She looks like she is only like seven months along! As we have all seen though, every woman carries differently.

Wow what a gorgeous family, all 3 girls look so much like brooke. And david and brooke are such hot looking parents. I can’t wait to see their son. She looks amazing to be so far along with her 4th child.

Cleya- According to the post announcing that she is having a boy, it is mentioned that is on “modifed bedrest”. I’m no expert on bedrest, but I assume that means that activities such as walks are fine.

I was on modified bed rest and then on complete bed rest. With modified, you are allowed to take a short walk, get out of bed to eat dinner, etc.
Complete bed rest, stay in bed, eat in bed, get up to pee only.

I really like the fact that brooke even though she has 3 kids and another on the way, seems very much hands on. She might have a nanny, most celebrities do and nothing wrong with that, but everytime you see her out and about with her kids, even without david you always see her dealing with the kids, and you don’t see 3 nannies one for each kid lol. I remember even when Neriah and sierra were little and close in age and she worked as a model and on the e channel, she was always with them too. To be a woman that works and has had a few kids, she really manges well and seems to be pretty much hands on.

I find it interesting that none of her children inherited her beautiful coloring. She is so dark and her children are all peaches and cream. I wonder if she tans a lot?

Note from Danielle: In Sarah’s interview with Brooke, she told her that she does go to tanning salons and uses self-tanner. However, we don’t know how much is her natural coloring and how much is from the sun/tanner.
