Travis Barker says kids keep him busy, and single

With his divorce from ex-wife Shanna Moakler still brand new, Travis Barker says he’s not looking for a new relationship anytime soon.  The couple’s two children — Landon Asher, 4 ½ and Alabama Luella, 2 — are more than enough to keep him occupied, Travis says.

I have a beautiful daughter at home, a beautiful son at home. That’s where my head is at right now. I don’t have time for anything else.

Travis first filed for divorce in 2006.  Although he and Shanna, both 32, later reconciled Travis tells People that the divorce was finalized "a few days ago."

As sad as I am to hear that they divorced, I find it refreshing and reassuring that his primary focus is his children. Best of luck to the parents and the kids.

I’m sorry to hear they broke up, they were a cute family but it’s more healthy for them to be divorced than going back and forth and getting together, than breaking up 2-3 months later which isn’t good for their kids. I feel bad for shanna she didn’t have good luck with oscar de lahoya, and now her marriage to travis ended. She always seems so sweet on interviews and on her myspace.

I guess now that they’ve broken up, Atiana isn’t big in his life… that’s sad, they seemed like such a sweet family. I really enjoyed their show. Hopefully the kids all see one another (and I’m sure they do).

I thought atiana was loved by him as well..even has a tatoo of her name. I notice i never see him with her or acknowledge her in interviews…poor baby. I know oscar del la hoya isn’t in her life now she’s only father she has known isn’t in her life.

Actually last time shanna was on tyra, she said oscar and her are friends and share a daughter. And a few months ago, at oscar’s boxing event, there were pics of oscar kissing atiana. She also has her father’s last name, and was not adopted by travis, and she knows who her bio father is. I’m sure travis will still see her, but ahe has a young healthy father, who keeps making babies, so there’s no reason why he can’t see atiana, who was one of his first children. From what it sounds like though, things are better with shanna and oscar now, she made it clear they have a friendship and share a child.

Didn’t travis try to adopt Atiana? I remember hearing that is in the works. I know when they first split he took the three kids out not just his biological ones.

Odd he didn’t mention her here – I wonder if Oscar has anything to do with it.

But unlike Seal – he doesn’t correct the press saying he has three kids not 2.

I am not understanding why some of you are thinking that Travis has nothing to do with Atiana. I dont belive this is the case at all. It funny how some people are so judgemental when they know nothing about these people.

ummmmm considering travis has atiana’s name tattooed on him as well as the other children im pretty sure he loves her just as much! not that a tattoo is definitive proof of anything but travis has always included atiana as well as alabama and landon

Didi yea travis did try to adopt atiana, but oscar didn’t want that to happen, and since legally atiana has oscar’s name, travis and shanna couldn’t just go ahead with the adoption if oscar was against it. I think travis loves atiana, it always seemed like that to me, but it’s good atiana knows and nows has a relationship with her bio dad too.
