God it’s refreshing to see a Hollywood mom who thinks the same as I do when it comes to raising kids. Kids have to have disappointment or they’ll never learn to cope with it and hit the real world expecting someone to powder their behinds.

I totally agree with Reese; she is right on about not babying kids and having everyone be MVP. Real life is full of disappointments, and it’s those times when you’re not the MVP that help you get there in the end. Good for her for keeping her kids real.

I can say with almost 100% certainy that Ava is wearing a skirt from MiniBoden, if anyone’s interested. My daughter had the exact same one and wore it out over the course of 2 years. I can’t wait to get her a new one; they’re awesome.
