My son used to do that ALL THE TIME!!! It’s funny but it’s also scary because it’s so dangerous when they’re that little. Now that my son is 17 months I say ‘leave mommy’s coffee alone, hot, OW!’ and he gets it, but at River’s age it can be so hard.

I’m surprised she’s still able to carry him in the Baby Bjorn. My son was around 4 months and he weighed too much for my shoulders to handle him. And he wasn’t a fat baby, either. It was just too much weight for me…But, she looks beautiful!

the babies ive nannied for were obsessed with my coffee cups (that i inevitably came to work with). i wonder what it is? babies relating to liquid happiness and putting things in one’s mouth?
