Brian and Leighanne Littrell cherish parenthood

Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell, 32, and his wife Leighanne Littrell, 38, consider having son Baylee Thomas Wylee, 5, a special gift since he was an unplanned child. Says Leighanne,

Being a parent has taught me so much: I’m a much different person. I think I love more and care more and care less about the silly stuff.

But even parents want to be alone once in a while and those are happy moments, according to Brian.

A few weeks ago we were in New York. I had flown my wife up to be with me and our son stayed with my mother-in-law in Georgia. I made reservations at Tavern on the Green in the Central Park area so we could get dressed up and have a nice dinner together. Those are the times that now I think we’re learning to enjoy more.

Brian and Leighanne have been married since 2000; the picture is not of their wedding, but of a wedding-themed 5th birthday party for Baylee that he requested.
