Joe Nichols reveals that wife had miscarriage

In sad news, country singer Joe Nichols, 31, has announced on his website that his wife Heather suffered a miscarriage on Tuesday, January 22nd.  Joe stated,

There seem to be a few rumors floating around as to why I had to cancel a day of interviews today, and I want to let you, the people who have stood by me through so much, know what’s going on.

Heather was in the early stages of pregnancy, and we found out Tuesday afternoon that we lost the baby. My family is the most important thing in the world to me, so it was necessary to postpone these interviews.

We are doing well, and I just want to say again how much we both appreciate all of you.

Joe and Heather were married in September 2007.

I have chills as I read this, I feel so bad for them. I have also lost a baby and know the pain it holds. I pray that God will ease their pain and help them thru this hard time.

This is so very sad. Nobody should ever have to go through something this painful. It is just beyond words. I hope she is mending ok health-wise, but I’m sure both of their hearts are just broken.
