I love Coronation Street,but really miss seeing my idol Kate Ford.I suspect I am her number 1 fan I am pleased she has found happiness in her marriage to John and I wish them both well on the coming birth of their baby. All I hope for is that we see a lot more of her on TV,hopefully Coronation Street.

Her last few comments confused me a bit. I mean, first she said: “I want to enjoy my baby in the most natural way possible,” and then she goes on to say “I’ll have a regular birth, with painkillers, in my local hospital”. I supoose, though, that she could have just meant “natural” as in having a vaginal birth rather than scheduling a C-section.

In any case, I have no problem with her choosing to use painkillers during the delivery, and I wish her and her husband the best with their new little one.
