Actor Patrick Dempsey‘s wife Jillian heads out for a walk with her fraternal twin sons, Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick, 11 months, in LA on Sunday. One of the twins (we’re not sure who’s who) insisted on sticking his head out from underneath the cover.

I can’t believe they’re almost one. It’s like they just had the babies yesterday. Who do they look like? I don’t really see Patrick in either one of them. But then again, Tallulah doesn’t look like him either. His jeans don’t seem to be very strong lol!
