I agree with you, Maygan. I bought the Rowdy rocker convertible bag because it looked like a great daddybag as well. But after a short period of use, the tassel on the zipper on the detachable purse came undone and fell off. Then one of the metal hooks on the strap fell off, and then I noticed the lining came undone on the inside of the bag. I complained and sent them photos of the faults and was told I could choose another bag from their range and they would send it to me at absolutely no cost for me. But now the lining of that bag is coming undone as well and I have not mistreated or misused the bag in any way.
I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. Yes, the bags look great but at that price I expect something more durable.

This item has fallen apart on me from the beginning. At first the zipper broke after the first use with my newborn baby. The company sent me a new one, and then the leather strap broke. I took it to a tailor to fix it and then the metal hoop to hold the strap to the bag broke. I didn't even use the bag excessively or to carry anything heavy. When I called the company to get another replacement, they said that the warranty was outside of the window for me to get another. You would think after spending $100+ for a bag it would last a little longer. I would not recommend purchasing this bag since it barely made it through my son's first 5 months of life.

I love Rowdy products! I heard from the company that they will soon be available at Costco online. I'm due in August and can't wait to get mine.
