Stella McCartney and Alasdhair Willis welcome third child, son Beckett Robert Lee

Furniture company CEO Alasdhair Willis and designer Stella McCartney, 36, have welcomed their third child. Originally due on New Years Day, Beckett Robert Lee Willis instead arrived on the morning of Tuesday, January 8th in London. A rep says mother and son are doing well.

Beckett joins older siblings Miller Alasdhair James, 2 ½, and Bailey Linda Olwyn, 13 months. Grandpa is, of course, Paul McCartney.

Confirmation of the pregnancy had been made in July. In September, Alasdhair admitted that the surprise pregnancy had been a ‘delightful shock.’

I thought the same thing about the similarity in McCartney’s and Etheridge’s choices of baby names when Bailey was born. I love the names.

Mariam, Bailey was born on December 8, 2006. Which is, as most people know, the day that John Lennon passed so hopefully that puts Paul in a better mood on that day. Also a coincidence Miller was born on George Harrisons birthday. Sorry for the little bit of Beatle trivia, I couldn’t help myself.

I also just noticed that Beckett was born on Elvis’ birthday. While it isn’t Beatles/Paul related unlike the other two I just thought it was kind of cool. While I so love Paul to bits, I also the king as well!

I found out where Christina Agulara was getting her birth announcements. More like which one, but has anyone heard where Stella McCartney is getting hers for her boy or which one? The two places thus far seem to ba a company called Ten Fingers and Toes and the other one i’ve seen alot of is Tiny Prints. If anyone here’s let me know. I’m due in February and wold love to see what the celebrities are getting. Thanks!! and congrats to Stella!!
