TV chef Giada De Laurentiis attends the movie premiere of Mad Money on Wednesday, January 9th in Westwood, California. The 37-year-old and her husband, Todd Thompson, expect their first child — a daughter — the first week of April.

Wow. If she’s due the first week of April, that’s amazing. Look at her belly! She doesn’t look like she’s 6 months along. She looks mre like 4! She’s wearing black too ofcourse so that hides it a bit more but still!

She has such a small cute bump! Hard to believe she is that far along. Her mom was on her show and also seems like a tiny slim person so I guess she is blessed with good genes. She and her husband look like fun, lovely people, and I am sure they will make great parents.

I have been waiting to see a picture of her! Giada has always been very, very slim so I’m not surprised with how small her baby bump is. She is SO adorable!

I just saw something with her going to Boston on the Food Network and she kept ordering drinks w/o Alcohol and would say Im just not in the mood, I guess she didn’t announce the news yet then.
Completely random but I remember a Redbook interview with Wayne Brady and he said his wife was really petite (Im assuming like Giada) and was so upset no one could tell she was pregnant at her prenatal classes and finally in the 6th month everything popped so maybe itll be likewise for Giada

Wow she’s tiny! That’s what I want to look like when I am withchild lol. My friend is due March 30 with her first and is so huge compared to her!! She’ll either pop soon or she’s just going to have a tiny baby and be back in her jeans the day after she gives birth

I too had a small belly up til the beginning of my 6th month all the nurses would comment how small I was. Of course things changed and I literally blew up like a balloon and I was huge by the time I delivered. I stopped counting how much weight I gained once I realized I was near the 80lb weight gain mark.

My belly was even smaller than that. When I was one week overdue, one old lady asked me how far along I was, and when I told her 41 weeks, she couldn’t believe it. She thought I was like 14 weeks. But surprisingly my baby weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces! My daughter was born on April 5th 2007, so maybe they will share birthday! : )

She is carrying small, she probably will bounce back like nothing. My cousin is due april 4th with a girl and is much bigger, but than again my cousin isn’t as small as Giada in general. She looks cute

I was there at the premiere last night, and I met Giada! She’s so nice, but her little belly is SO tiny!! you couldn’t even see it, it was hilarious!

Love love love love Giada!!! She looks so gorgeous and that lil’ bump is adorable. Like everyone else just in awe on how small she is but my girlfriend was small up until her 8th month then she popped out. Everyone’s different, I just can’t wait until she gives birth..That kids gonna be a looker!

I love, love, love Giada, and have been watching her on Food Network since she has been on. I am so happy for her, and goodness, can you imagine the wonderful lunch box lunches her daughter will have? she is absolutely delightful and unpretentious, I wish her all the best with the rest of her pregnancy and delivery. She is so so tiny, I bet she will pop in a few weeks and we will all be like, Wow!
