Update: Samantha Morton welcomes second daughter

Update:  Samantha and Harry have named their daughter Edie Holm. She weighed in at 7 lbs, 8 oz.

Originally posted January 7th: Actress Samantha Morton, 30, and her fiancé Harry Holm welcomed a daughter early on Friday, January 4th in London. The new baby has not yet been named, but joins older sister Esme, 7, from Samantha’s previous relationship. Her rep says,

It is fantastic news and both mom and baby are doing brilliantly.

The pregnancy was announced in August.

I love her! Edie’s a gorgeous name, as is Esme. I hope we get to see some pics soon, although she seems very private.
