Update: t.A.T.u.'s Yulia Volkova welcomes a son

Update: It is being reported that Yulia went to sleep the night before at 2 a.m. and was awakened two hours later by labor pains.

Yulia’s boyfriend never left her side and their website reports,

He didn’t leave her for a second and cut the cord off himself. The boy looks a lot like Daddy –- as it should be. Yulia and Parviz [kept] the baby’s name a secret.

Originally posted at 10:12 am: Yulia Volkova, 22, half of the singing duo t.A.T.u. (All The Things She Said, They’re Not Gonna Get Us), and her boyfriend, Parvis, welcomed a son today, Thursday, December 27th, at 6:35 a.m. (Russian time). He weighed 7 lbs, 5 oz, and is 20 inches long.  Mom and son are reported to be doing well.

The new baby joins Yulia’s daughter Viktoria, 3, from a previous relationship. The pregnancy had been announced in June, with Yulia showing off her belly during a concert in August.

If you go to her official website, they have a link to a little video that takes you to myspace videos, where it’s shown Yulia in the hospital right before birth, and she mentioning Parvis, as her “loving husband” not boyfriend. Are they married?

Parvis is Muslim and he already has FIRST wife(another Russian pop-singer) and Yulia is (or planning to become) his SECOND wife. She said that this child was planed and they are in really serious relationships.

I think she will be a great mom …….And I hope her other half whichever gender is gonna be there for her through everything…It’s kind of a shame that they didn’t turn out as lesbians cuz I liked that group ever since they started in the career and kind of an inspiration but it’s ok
