Update: Cristian Castro welcomes first son

Update: The baby’s name is Mikhail Zaratustra Castro Liberman. Zaratustra means "super man" and was the name of a Persian prophet. He was born naturally after 14 hours of labor, weighted 8 lbs, 2 oz, and was 22 ½ inches long.

Originally posted December 6th: It is being reported that Mexican pop star Cristian Castro, 32, and his wife Valeria Liberman welcomed their second child — a son — on Wednesday, December 5th at 9:13 a.m. in Florida.

The couple is also parents to daughter Simone, 2.

awww, that’s so cute. My son’s name is Vicente- it’s nice to see celebrities naming their babies names that are common in south america, because most of the time people look at me like “WHAT DID YOU SAY?” when I tell them my son’s name. My daughter’s name is Valentina, and Salma Hayek just named her daughter that too. :)
