Uma Thurman thankful for kids' environmental education

At a press conference to discuss environmental issues prior to the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize on Tuesday, actress Uma Thurman, 37, said that her kids have been both motivators and teachers in her effort to go green. 

I’m very fortunate in that I have a five- and nine-year-old who are getting a much better education [in environmental issues] than any of the rest of us. So I am constantly instructed on a daily basis what to do.

5-year-old Levon and 9-year-old Maya are Uma’s only children with ex-husband Ethan Hawke.
