No, the European Maxi Cosi has a three point harness. I live in the UK and have a Maxi Cosi Cabriofix (which is the European version of the Mico) and it only has a 3 point harness. However, this article is not correct in saying that the European version does not have LATCH, it does. The base they make for the Cabiofix is a LATCH fix(it’s just called ISOFIX in the UK instead of LATCH), which can also be installed using a seat belt.
