Teri Hatcher and Emerson celebrate Teri's birthday in Brentwood on Saturday

Actress Teri Hatcher, celebrates her 43rd birthday on Saturday with daughter, Emerson Rose, 10, running errands around Brentwood. The mother daughter duo visited the home of a friend, had breakfast at Blue Plate and then spent an hour painting pottery. Dad is Jon Tenney, 45.

CBB reader Kate spotted the pair when they were painting their pottery.  She writes,

On Saturday I saw Teri Hatcher at Color Me Mine in Brentwood (on Montana). She was with her daughter painting some pieces. Despite the paparazzi outside she was extremely attentive to her daughter and very kind to the people who worked there.

Emerson looks like a happy child. I love seeing pictures of her and Terri together. I like that she dresses appropriately for her age and not like she is twenty.

well annie-kate answered my q bout jon lol. interesting how some celeb parents are verbally maimed by the public if they aren’t seen with their kids, especially after divorce, but other celebs, people are nicer to. doesn’t seem fair somehow. happy birthday teri! emerson has a brilliant future as u do. i can really see her as a chef.
