Isla Fisher and Olive shop at The Grove on Tuesday

Aussie actress Isla Fisher, 31, takes her new daughter Olive Baron Cohen, 7 weeks, shopping at The Grove in LA on Tuesday. The mother-daughter duo visited Nordstrom, J.Crew, and Barney’s of New York before eating at Morels. Isla proudly stopped and showed off Olive to some pedestrians. Dad is comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, 36.

I was hoping for a picture of Olive! She is SO beautiful!!! Isla looks like such a happy new Mom!

Does anyone know if she’s breastfeeding?
I hope so!

Sarah’s note: Some of the tabloids had mentioned they overheard her telling a friend how it’s helping her to lose her baby weight, so I think so.

That baby is cute, she looks like a mini Isla. Isla looks great too

- gianna on

not surprised she stopped to show her off. she should be proud. Olive is just the cutest!

- Miranda on

Aww she is absolutely beautiful.. she is such a cutie pie!! :o )

Olive is gorgeous! Isla looks amazing too!

I’ve never understood why people want to know if celebrities are breastfeeding or hope they’re breastfeeding. It strikes me as no one’s place to ‘hope’ anyone else breastfeeds.

- Belle on

Sacha, why in the world would you hope she is breastfeeding? in my opinion, it is really no ones business to know whether or not she is breastfeeding. i did not breastfeed my daughter, and she turned out fine!

I’m not Sacha, and I don’t think I’d come out and ask, but personally I like hearing/reading about celebs nursing because for me it was an isolating experience. I didn’t get a lot of support from my mom or friends, my mother-in-law and husband were the only ones who were really positive about it, so to hear that other moms are nursing and to hear them talk about it in interviews is really interesting to me and helps normalize it.

That said, Olive is a cutie, Isla looks fantastic, and if I had a daughter instead of a son, I would be getting my hands on that cashmere blanket!

I would imagine Olive’s last name is actually “Baron Cohen” (rather than just Cohen) since that is Sacha’s family name. His brother Erran Baron Cohen is a composer, and his cousin Simon Baron-Cohen is a leading expert on autism.

Sarah’s note: Thanks, I’ll change Shannon’s post.

I LOVE this family!
Olive looks a lot like Isla, so I’m guessing she’ll be an absolute heartbreaker when she’s older. She looks so bright-eyed and happy.

She’s a beautiful baby…and Isla looks great! Does anyone know if Olive has a middle name?

- PinkRoses on

As a new mother who is NOT breastfeeding, it really bothers me to hear people asking about people breastfeeding, and saying that they hope so. What if she wasn’t?? Does that it in someway make her not as good of a mother. Its questions like this that make me feel like I am somehow not as good of a mother because I am not breastfeeding. I think it is such a personal decision. And I find it no ones business. I have a very good reason for not breastfeeding, but I feel like I have to justify it because of things like this. If you want to breastfeed, that is great but personally I think it should be everyone else’s business if they are.

hey i want to adopt a child.
