Update: Timbaland welcomes daughter Reign

Update: Baby Reign arrived this morning or within the past few days. Contrary to the Post’s report, Sandra Rose and People say the baby’s mother, Monique Idlett, 33, and Timbaland have in fact been together for two years and became engaged at the end of October.

Originally posted November 19th: Record producer and singer Timbaland, whose real name is Timothy Mosley, is reportedly expecting a daughter with a member of his record label, Moseley Label Music, this month. The 36-year-old and the mother-to-be are not involved in a romantic relationship, but Timbaland has promised to be "involved in the child’s upbringing."

One source has reported that,

[Timbaland's] very excited about the baby and has been very supportive to the mother.
