I hope she is wearing shorts under that short skirt. Obviously the parents don’t care that she is dressing so inapropriate at such a young age.

I know she is “like super-popular” with the pre-teen set, but I really do like this girl. She and her dad seem to have a solid relationship. She’s only 14, and in answer to recent pregnancy rumors, she said “I am so not pregnant! I’m like a MINOR” Then in answer to the question How will you take care of her since life in Hollywood tends to screw people up, her dad Billy Ray said, “I don’t know! She seems to have a good head on her shoulders, but it worries me. You can see she has a really explosive personality!”
