Meg Ryan picks son Jack up from school

Actress Meg Ryan picked up son Jack Henry, 15, from school yesterday so the pair could celebrate her 46th birthday.  Dad is actor Dennis Quaid.

I hate to be the one to notice/say this, but….I wonder why Daisy isn’t with them? I would think Meg would want to celebrate her birthday with BOTH of her kids. Mind you, this is not a criticism of Meg or Jack at all. It is just an observation I am making.

Anon, I think maybe you were confused by the text with the picture? Meg picked him up from school then brought him back home to where Daisy was to spend her birthday together. I am happy to see a Hollywood moms still pick up their kid from school themselves.

I think he resembles both parents quite well. The way his mouth is in the second picture reminds me of Meg. I also think it’s great that she’s spending one on one time with him. She’s seen out and about with Daisy and no one criticizes that. Why not let her spend time with her son? Besides, being an only child for 13 years and then all of a sudden getting the addition of three younger siblings (including his father’s twins) has to be an adjustment. Either way, he’s grown up fast.
