Update: Jennifer Peña gives birth to son Jobien

Update: All the prior information was incorrect! Jennifer herself posted on her official forum that her son Jobien was born on October 27th and weighed in at 7 lbs, 2 oz.

Update: We are told the baby is named Donovan Antonio, he was born at 1:22 pm, and weighed in at 7 lbs, 12 oz.

Originally posted November 17th: Latin singer Jennifer Peña has welcomed a son, confirms her mother Mary Lee Peña.  The 24-year-old gave birth to her and husband Obie Bermudez’s first child on Monday, November 5th, about a week past her due date.  The newborn’s name has not been released, but Mary Lee did say,

He’s gorgeous.

Love the name! Donovan has been the top name on my boys list for years now. Hopefully I’ll have kids and actually get to use it someday. Didn’t another celeb recently use it too? I hope it doesn’t get too popular!

This info is incorrect. Jennifer made a post on her official site stating that her son’s name is Jobien, not Donovan. =)
