British actress Kate Ford expecting first child

Former Coronation Street star Kate Ford and her husband are expecting their first baby, according to published reports.  The 30-year-old actress, who wed Jon Connerty last month, is believed to be about 3-months-pregnant.  Said an unnamed source,

Both Kate and Jon are so excited, neither can stop smiling.  It has happened a lot quicker than they anticipated. They are looking forward to their new addition to the family. 

Kate appeared on Coronation Street, a UK soap opera, from 2002-2007.

This isn’t a rumour. She got cornered by a journalist who asked her and she admitted that she was indeed pregnant. It was the Sun newspaper and apparently when she answered the door to the journalist asking the question her cat did a runner out the door and she quipped something along the lines, you let the cat out. Congrats to her,
