Update: Elisabeth and Tim Hasselbeck welcome son Taylor Thomas
Update: Elisabeth announced on The View today that the couple have named their new addition Taylor Thomas. Among the highlights:
- She was in labor "forever…four or five thousand hours" and "pushed for 35 minutes which was better than the first time around."
- Asked if she got an epidural, she said, "I did, but I think I’m immune to the epidural, because it didn’t work for me. That’s a problem."
- Sherri asked, "Are you back to a size zero?" and if Taylor’s a registered Republican, and Elisabeth replied, "Yeah, I delivered him on the treadmill while watching President Bush."
- Elisabeth is nursing, telling Sherri Shepherd that, "the chest is huge… everytime I look down I think of you, Sherri."
- Grace loves her new little brother and tried to feed him Goldfish. Elisabeth said that when she had Taylor on her lap this morning, Grace was saying, "Oh my little baby," and that "he knows her voice. She has no volume control so she’s loudanyways, but he definitely heard her the entire time he was in my bellyand knows who she is now."
