Baby Nika: Cold Weather Genius
Baby Nika, out of Canada, has some wonderful products for the cold weather.
We checked out their gorgeous double sided chenille coat ($80) in pink and cream with collar. Sweet and feminine. This yummy jacket comes in pink and chocolate bear (little ears on the hood!), pink and cream bear, and pink and chocolate hood.
Keep warm in their luscious Minky Can-Go-Roo Bunting ($100). Comes in one size (will fit from infants to preschoolers) and there are 9 fun patterns (like cow print, giraffe, leopard and solids. Fits most strollers including Bugaboo, Maclaren and Peg Perego. I love the minky fabric and we all know a good stroller blanket is worth its weight in gold!!
Have you heard about their TUCKler ($68) yet? A celeb fave, it can be used as a blanket, mat or cover. Use it to keep your babe warm in a infant carseat, front sling carrier or stroller. The bottom is elasticized and "tucks snuggly around harnessed baby in a carrier and fastens securely with fleece tabs – no more blankets falling off or exposing little feet to the cold, " says the Baby Nika website. The TUCKler is reversible and is made of two layers of Polar Fleece. I am eying this for my winter babe, who’s coming in January. I hated wrestling coats on and off a wriggling baby and love a snug product like this to use in the colder weather!
