Designer Stella McCartney, 36, who is expecting her third child on January 1st, was pictured with Madonna in London on Wednesday. They had been dining at Locanda Locatelli.

I don’t recall Stella ever saying if it’s a boy or a girl. I think she usually likes to wait until it’s born. That’s what she did with her other 2 kids.
