Times have changed for the Spice Girls, Geri Halliwell says

In a new post to their blog the Spice Girls describe the scene at rehearsals for their world tour, and it’s clear that things are much, much different than when the the pop singers last performed together, nearly one decade ago.  Wrote Geri Halliwell, herself mom to daughter Bluebell, who will be 18-months-old next week:

[Emma Bunton's son] Beau is sitting opposite me on Emma’s lap, giving a smile.  Cruz [Beckham] has been looking for a pump to blow up his rocket and now he’s trying on Melanie C’s hoodie.  Bluebell is on her way down here in a bit. She keeps on picking up a microphone, so it’s like The Waltons on tour with babies and husbands all around.

The Waltons may be an understatement!  In addition to Geri and Bluebell, Victoria Beckham has three sons, Brooklyn, 8, Romeo, 5 and Cruz, 2 1/2.  Melanie Brown has two daughters, Phoenix Chi, 8, and Angel Iris, 7-months.  Emma Bunton gave birth to her first child with boyfriend Jade Jones, 3-month-old Beau, in August.  Jade, Geri wrote, "is the perfect daddy."

I can tell he loves being a father.

So, there is only Spice girl that doesn’t have a baby. I think her name is sporty spice? Well, I wonder what that is like being the only one without any children? I wonder if she plans on having any, or if I am completely wrong all together and misread this article and she does have children?

No, you’re right Dee. Melanie C. doesn’t have any children. I think at one point this site had part of an interview with her where she stated she would like a child and would probably have to start soon or something like that because she was already in her 30′s. But yeah, she’s the only one of them w/out kids.
