Violet Affleck has a 'daunting' vocabulary, Victor Garber says

Little Violet Affleck certainly has a lot to say!  According to Jennifer Garner’s former Alias costar and good friend Victor Garber, the toddler can sing ‘When You Wish Upon A Star’ and likes to chat about animals and the numerous places she has visited with her famous parents, including dad Ben Affleck.

Violet is the most verbal child. She’s not even 2, and her vocabulary is daunting.  Honestly, that child is so inquisitive and so full of life.

According to Victor, all the credit for Violet goes rests with Jennifer and Ben.  Of Violet’s dad, Victor added,

I have to say, he’s an amazing dad and together, she’s a very fortunate little girl to be in that family.

Violet will turn 2-years-old in December.  She is the first child for the couple.

Victor needs to consult a dictionary.
Daunting is not the correct word to use here at all.
War, Rebuilding New Orleans, Burying a Dead Soldier, THOSE are daunting.
NOT a childs huge vocabulary!

Victor is from my town. London Ontario.

I bet she sings beautifully; just like her mother. Jen actually has a song on iTunes, and so does Vic.

Aw! I love that Jennifer is still so close to her “SpyDaddy” and that he’s like a proud grandpa.

I am actually a little jealous. My son is about a month younger than Violet and while he has heaps (46 to be exact) words, he only occasionally puts them together for a sentence. I can’t wait for him sing and talk about places we’ve been! I know all babies develop differently but is Violet quite advanced or more the norm?

My daughter turns two in Nov and pretty much speaks in her own madeup language only my husband and I can understand. She does say words here and there in both bosnian and english and is improving every day. Every kid is different and I remind myself that by learning two languages, my daughter may be slower than most.

I love me some Violet! Too much cuteness!!

I’m not surprised at all, from the pics violet seems like a very bright and happy child. And jen seems the type of mom to do kid stuff with violet like reading, teaching her things.

My daughter will be two next month, and it sounds as if her and violet are around the same stage in vocabulary as well as age.

She’s been able to sing twinkle little star and count to 5 since before she turned 1 (and is now counting to 10). Over the last couple months, she has begun to speak in sentences and is quite able to articulate what she wants!

All this without having yet started nursery.
But she was more interested in talking than walking and didn’t start walking till after turning one. As did violet if i’m not mistaken?
