Australian Jessica Rowe and Allegra take part in World's Greatest Pram Stroll
Australian TV presenter and contestant from this season’s Dancing with the Stars, Jessica Rowe, 37, took part in the World’s Greatest Pram Stroll which raises awareness of the challenges faced by women after childbirth — particularly, social isolation and depression. Jessica said;
Being a mum is the best thing I’ve ever done, but its also the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Soon after my darling girl was born I was diagnosed with post natal depression – I understand how important it is to get support. The Pram Stroll is a wonderful way of linking up with other mums and sharing your experiences.
Jessica is married to another Australian TV presenter, Peter Overton, 41. Their daughter is Allegra Penelope, 8 months. Jessica was voted off Dancing with the Stars last week — she thanked her "beautiful and cooperative daughter" and "wonderful husband" for their support during her time on the show.
