Mario Lopez dismisses rumors of a baby with Britney

EXTRA host and Saved By The Bell and Dancing With the Stars alum Mario Lopez, 34, earlier today summarily dismissed Internet rumors that he fathered a baby with singer Britney Spears, 25, last winter.  The gossip about his friendship with Britney, whom Mario calls "the nicest person," heated up earlier this week — but Mario says it’s not to be believed.

My name has been linked to a few headlines of late.  This particular headline with Britney and the baby… it is laughable.

What baby? Are we talking about Jayden or some other baby? When would she have had time to be get pegnant again? How bizarre. Clearly Kevin is Jayden’s father – all you have to do is look at him.

They aren’t talking about Jayden. Like you said, clearly his father is Kevin. In December/January, there were all these dumb rumors that Britney was pregnant again by some random guy. If this WAS true, she would have obviously had a miscarriage. But, I’m pretty sure it was just an internet rumor with no truth to it. Hope that clears things up!

I think the implication in the tabloid article was an abortion or miscarriage. It was a pregnancy that reportedly occured during the early part of her “wild” spree after her split.
