Tasha Smith sees children in her future

Actress Tasha Smith, 36, recently interviewed with People magazine for her new movie Why Did I Get Married? Tasha talked about her difficult childhood growing up around poverty and drugs and also about the brighter spots in her life, including plans for children in the future. Tasha said:

I want at least one kid.

She went on to explain that anything is possible as her life has come a long way from the years of troubled childhood.

My family has come so far. My sister Sidra is a producer about to get married, my little sister is studying drama, my mom has 20 years of sobriety. This is the American Dream. It’s all possible.

Tasha Smith is becoming one of my favorite actresses to watch. She is absolutely phenomenal onscreen. But she has a great testimony and is inspiring off screen as well. I pray that she has that child(s) that she is hoping for. She will be such a blessing to them.

Ms. Tasha Smith is a fabulous actress! I really enjoyed her in “Why Did I Get Married?”, as well as other roles she’s had in both television and film. In “Married”, Ms. Smith brought “Angela” to life! Wonderful actress!

I agree with Sandra. Tasha stole the show in Why Did I Get Married.

I hope she gets the child or children she wants one day. did they happen to mention if she was married or seeing someone? i didnt realize she had an identical twin. interesting.

I like her outlook on life, with the whole “anything is possible”. That’s very true. And her number of children is my kind of number. One would be enough to start with….then we’d see where to go from there.
