How Fast They Grow: Scrapbooking for busy moms

10/26/2007 at 09:00 AM ET

Halloween1A new digital scrapbooking website called How Fast They Grow is a huge hit with "scrapbook dropout" moms who want to create beautiful baby books for their children but lack the time or patience.  Or, like me, moms who like the idea of scrapbooking but don’t have room (or money) for all the acoutrements needed. I’m not alone- many busy celebrity moms including Samantha Harris, Isla Fisher, Marcia Cross, Salma Hayek, Keri Russell, Bridget Moynahan, and Mariska Hargitay have also discovered How Fast They Grows’ time saving scrapbooking website.

Xmas_2Parents can choose from dozens of stylish and modern layouts on HowFastTheyGrow.com and drag and drop their digital photos to create a custom 12×12 scrapbook page in less than 10 minutes.  It’s so simple to create beautiful magazine quality layouts without spending hundreds of dollars on scrapbooking supplies and printing dozens of digital photos.  How Fast They Grow recently launched 81 new page templates for boys, girls, and holiday occasions designed by Boatman Geller (a gorgeous high end stationery company).  Each page is printed on high quality paper and retails for $7.50.

Exclusively for Celebrity Baby Blog Readers: During the next week, enter promo code CBB at How Fast They Grow to receive 15% off your order.  If you take advantage of the special offer, come back and post your favorite layout you created. Check out my first one in the extended post!

What a fantastic idea!!!! I have always wanted to do scapbooking, but you can spend a fortune on all of the tools, etc. Wow, I bet even I can do this…maybe I can even do a few pages from my daughter’s (now 4)infancy! Thanks for the info and the discount!

Wow great idea to get people into scrapbooking. There are a plethora of digital sites that will help get your scrapbooking done in less than 10 mtes to create pages.
Thru using already premade pages and tons of free templates.

I have been doing digital scrapping since 2005 and it’s so fun! You can see my gallery of latest pages here:

I make all the pages myself, I don’t use premade ones often. I find it’s more fun to put it together myself!
