Update: Gillian Taylforth's daughter released from hospital

Update: The Sun is reporting that Jessica was released from the hospital following her accident.

Orginially posted October 23rd: It is being reported that Jessica woke up last night and is in stable but serious condition.

Originally posted October 22nd: Jessica Knights, the 15-year-old daughter of British actress Gillian Taylforth (pictured), 52, and Geoff Knights, 53, is in the hospital with serious head injuries following a car accident yesterday afternoon.

Jessica was riding in a car with two 18-year-olds when the vehicle crashed into another car near her home. Gillian’s friend reported,

She is beside herself with worry. Jessica has suffered serious head injuries. Gillian and Geoff got a call from the emergency services and rushed to be with their daughter.

I believe Gillian was Jackie from Footballers Wives…one of the greatest British shows. It was awesome!
