Cleveland Indians starting pitcher C.C. Sabathia, 27, spent some time with his four-year-old son Carsten Charles Sabathia III prior to baseball practice today. Mom is C.C.’s wife, Amber. The couple also have one daughter, Jaeden Arie, 2.
