Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus on Ellen DeGeneres show

Country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, 46, and his daughter Hannah Montana star, Miley [born Destiny Hope] Cyrus, 14, appeared together on the Ellen DeGeneres talk show on October 11. The father/daughter team begin their tour in St. Louis on October 18. Miley earned her nickname ‘Miley’ as a result of smiling [Smiley] so much when she was younger.

Miley’s mother is Leticia Finley Cyrus and Leticia and Billy Ray are also parents to daughter Noah Lindsey, 7, and son Braison Chase, 13. Billy Ray also has a son, Christopher Cody, 15, from a previous relationship. Leticia has two children from a previous relationship – son Trace, 18, and daughter Brandi, 20.
