Melissa Etheridge preparing for children's first birthday

Singer Melissa Etheridge, 46, is busy preparing for her children’s first birthday.  Melissa and her wife Tammy Lynn’s twins Johnnie Rose and Miller Steven will celebrate their birthday on October 17, but The couple is not planning anything extravagant. Melissa shared,

Just a little cake and a bunch of friends. It’s their first-year birthday. They’re not going to remember. It’s more for us.

Melissa has two children — Bailey Jean, 10, and Beckett, 8 — from her relationship with Julie Cypher.
