Former Tonic (If You Could Only See) frontman Emerson Hart,38, and his wife Nicole are first-time parents after welcoming adaughter last week. Lucienne Elizabeth was born on Thursday, October4th in Nashville, weighing in at 7 lbs, 11 oz.
